A Full-Stack Web Developer with a can-do attitude, creative mind, and a burgeoning fetish for design. I'm a former doctoral student at the University of Southern California and a recent coding bootcamp graduate from San Jose State University. Emerging from a career in the healthcare field as a Physical Therapist in-training, I traded the fitness bug for the coding bug when my studies where put on hold during the pandemic. I was introduced to programming by my brother, a seasoned software engineer. As a textbook youngest child, I put my most refined skill to use -- adaptability. My experience in evidence-based practice and research quickly lent itself to immersion in JavaScript and React. Meanwhile, my background in psychology and clinical practice evokes relentless curiosity about user experience. As I break into the tech field, I'm looking for well-suited opportunities to exercise my coding skills and strengthen my eye for design while providing a valuable service at an affordable rate.
