Web Developer Job in Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Hello, I am an entrepreneur in email marketing and home based business. I also have a drop shipping website that I sell garden decor on that is not doing well at all because I don't know what I am doing. I really need some one on one training and maybe someone to just show me what to do. I have invested quite a bit if money in online education to learn it all but I guess I just am not capable of learning that way.
