Business Location: 1629 Gowling Terr, Milton, ON L9T 5J6 Work location: 1456 Rose Way, Milton, ON L9E 1V7 and telecommuting is available (2 days per week) Type of Employment: Full time – Permanent Estimated Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description: Confer with clients to identify and document requirements Conduct business and technical studies Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats Design new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications Requirements: Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or completion of a college program in computer science is required. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) is required.
